Lode provides a way in which users can communicate with persons willing to wash and/or iron clothing (“Handlers”). Lode has no control over the conduct of either the user or the Handler.

Through these services, Lode from time to time gathers information from its customers and users of Lode for a variety of reasons including, in particular, to enable us to improve the nature of the services we provide.
